Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item:

• Email us at hello@greatcommissioncompany.com with your order number.
  
• Once approved, return items within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.
  

Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders, digital downloads, worn/used items, intimate items, sale items, or items damaged by customer fault.

Return Shipping:
Buyers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Exchanges:
Processed within 5 business days of receiving your item. Refunds go to your original payment method (allow 3-5 days to reflect).
